Terms and Conditions

Payment

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of your order price is necessary to put your order on my calendar. Invoices that are sent are automatically cancelled after 72 hours if they are not paid. Custom orders are placed on the calendar in a first come, first serve basis. Your order is not placed into the calendar until your deposit has been paid. The remainder of your balance is due three weeks prior to your pickup date. If you are placing an order that is to be picked up in three weeks or less, the full order price will be due upon receipt of your invoice. If your invoice is cancelled due to non-payment, I will consider your order cancelled. 

Cookie Pickup Day

Your cookies are best enjoyed fresh. Not showing up to the agreed upon pickup time, forfeits your order with no refund. If you need to reschedule to a different time, no problem! Please reach out 24 hours prior to your pickup time.

Refunds

I can offer refunds up to 24 hours after the payment has been accepted. Unfortunately, after that time, I cannot offer a refund as supplies have likely been ordered for your custom cookies.

Cancellation

An order that is cancelled after a deposit has been placed will not be refunded. Please see below under Illness or Unforeseen Circumstances for alternative remedies.

Delivery

Cookies are for pick up only. Please inspect your cookies prior to leaving. I am not responsible for any damage or breakage that occurs after you have accepted your order. Your order will also have a cookie care card attached for proper storage until your event. If you have any questions reference their care, please don't hesitate to contact me for answers. 

Inspiration

Thank you for the inspiration pictures, it really helps me narrow down what your vision is for your order. Please understand I don't recreate the work of other cookiers, I also don't recreate art that is copyright protected unless you have written consent from the owner of the copyright for my file.  Colors translate different from device to device. If there is an absolute color that needs to be matched, please provide me with a hard copy of an item to reference.

Illness or Unforeseen Circumstances

I know you can’t control when an event needs to be canceled or rescheduled due to illness or some other unforeseen circumstance. If you need to reschedule your event, I can freeze your cookies for two weeks so you can stay home and rest. Otherwise, your cookies will be available for a non-contact porch pick up with instructions to freeze at home.

Product Photography

Cookies are photographed and added to my portfolio. If you do not want your cookies in the spotlight, please let me know at the time you place your order. Colors and lighting may be slightly different in photos than what you end up with.

Customer Satisfaction

I want you to love your cookies, if you are not satisfied with your order, please return the cookies within 24 hours so I can assess their condition and troubleshoot any problems. I will then determine if a credit will be given for a future order.

Allergies

I am unable to accommodate any food sensitivities or allergies.

Cottage Food Laws

This order is made in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the local or state health department. My kitchen is not nut-free, egg-free, dairy-free, or gluten-free.
